A Lecture by H. E. Amb. Prof. Dr. Isaac Chikwekwere Lamba (Ambassador of Malawi to Germany)
"This sums up the most what I'm starting to say: we must transform economies for job, and inclusive growth, and we must build peace and effective, open and accountable institutions for all, that's freedom from fear, freedom from conflict, human rights. Africa was in the past been branded as a continent of war and killing." Mr. Lamba continues to explain that "Africa is moving from war to cherish peace and democratic institutions, war has nothing to do with democracy, Africans has been in this mode for a long time, now Africans want to move!"
