Biography

Judge Xhezair Zaganjori is an Albanian politician, a member of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania and the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Albania

Career

Judge Xhezair Zaganjori graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Tirana in 1981 and has been a lecturer of the Public International Law, European Law and Human Rights at the Faculty of Law at the University of Tirana. From 1992 to 1997 he was Ambassador of the Republic of Albania in the Federal Republic of Germany. Mr. Zaganjori has received a Doctor of Law and an Associate Professor degree and was elected as a member of the Court of Conciliation and Arbitration of the OSCE in Vienna.
