Dorji Phuntsho

(CEO of the Royal Securities Exchange of Bhutan)

Biography

Mr. Dorji Phuntsho is the current CEO of the Royal Securities Exchange of Bhutan after taking office in February 2010.

Academic Career

Mr. Phuntsho studied Economics at university before obtaining an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Economic Policy from the Maastricht School of Management, Netherlands. He also has several accreditations from various institutes from Bhutan, India, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Japan.

Career

Mr. Phuntsho was appointed as CEO of the Royal Securities Exchange of Bhutan in February 2010. Prior to this he served on various positions within the Royal Monetary Authority of Bhutan for over 10 years.
